I have heard from many people that they have a hard time figuring out how to dress stylish at work when you have to look conservative or professional. This is a look I would definitely wear to work at the office. However if you are on your feet all day or walk a lot throughout the day I don't suggest wearing those heels! I would wear a two inch heel maximum in the same color, gold.
The opaque tights bring out the dark green in the shirt. The gold shoes and handbag pop the whole outfit. This will still look professional yet very stylish and youthful. I would suggest tucking in the blouse to highlight your waist and then add a waist belt in a black color. The jewelry is very minimal which is always suggested in a work environment. I thought this bracelet added just a touch of cuteness with the little charms.
Before you know it, you will look stylish and beautiful yet professional at work! :)
The fashion show I helped coordinate went very well! We almost raised a $1000 to help build a medical clinic in Haiti. I am so glad it turned out well. It was a very busy night but I think it was well worth the long day of work!
I can not wait to show you all the pictures (maybe a video too!) of the fashion show!
