Hot Party in Preen
Whitney Port danced the night away at Rolling Stone's Hot Issue Party at Jet Nightclub in Las Vegas. Whitney debuted a sequined Preen dress, Givenchy open-toe booties and a bedazzled Rachel Roy clutch.
