While the selection of designer clothing has steadily been growing on Atlantic Ave over the last couple of years. The addition of Barneys CO-OP department store will sure be a change for the neighborhood which consists mostly of small boutiques.

Lace was already set to be a hot trend this season and it's just got hotter after the gorgeous Cheryl Cole walked out on The X Factor stage in two different lace dresses on both the Saturday and Sunday shows.

On Saturday's show Cheryl wore a simple yet elegant Daniel Vosovic Spring 2011 one-shoulder LBD with lace trimming.

And she laced it up again for Sunday's elimination show in a Zuhair Murad Fall 2010 dress with sexy lace overlay.
